A safe space. Attentive presence. Change at your pace.

Pause for a moment, and look within.

I believe that therapy is a space for attentive presence, honesty and integrity. In my approach, I explore the close connection between body and mind, recognizing how they influence one another.

In some cases, sessions can take place via Zoom, by prior arrangement.

The process and therapeutic approach

A broad perspective, alongside practical tools.

My clinical work is based on an integrative approach, combining systemic-strategic, change-focused and psychodynamic approaches. I also draw on tools from narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and EMDR.

Combining these approaches allows us to explore both family and systemic dynamics and the person’s inner world — patterns of thought, emotion and relationships. The therapeutic space I offer is safe, respectful and nonjudgmental, supporting self-exploration, processing experiences and easing emotional burdens.

I believe that helpful therapy combines deep listening and mindful reflection with practical tools, with the aim of supporting change, relief and a sense of inner balance at an individual, appropriate pace.

Who the process is for

Sometimes we need space to reconnect with ourselves.

This therapeutic space is open to anyone who wishes to pause and look at their life from a new perspective. It can be particularly suitable at a crossroads, during emotional strain, or when something in daily life gets in the way of enjoying the moment. Investing in emotional work can give us tools to cope better with life’s challenges.

This is not a process of fixing, but an invitation to know yourself more deeply and live with greater clarity. Anyone who feels a need for a supportive setting that encourages personal growth can find a place here.
